REFUNDS

We only provide full refunds on orders which are cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, provided the order has not been picked up by the client or shipped by us.  For unshipped / uncollected orders placed more than 2 hours earlier, they may still be cancelled, but upon refund, a 10% cancellation fee (plus HST) will be deducted from the amount paid by the client.

 

Once orders are shipped or picked up by clients they cannot be cancelled, but can be sold back to us at the Buyback Price, if they are covered under our Buyback Guarantee.

 

The cancellation fee helps us to cover time, admin and monetary costs incurred, as well as the loss of sales often incurred.
